TRAINING METHODS
We take a coach approach to teaching and learning. We focus on drawing out of you what you already know and want to apply, then weave in instructing, lecturing, pouring into you and telling you what to do. There's pre- and post-session workouts based on the focus and outcome you select for yourself at the start of the program and at each session.
LEADERSHIP EVALUATION METHODS
Showing up for the cohort, contributing to discussions, completing your strengths assessments and pre/during/post workouts, and gaining leadership experience hours play a significant role in maximizing your leadership strengths throughout this program.
SHOWING UP
What we do in SMLC is how we show up out there in the world as leaders. It makes a significant impact on our sessions when we’re prepared and in a focused, intentional space. Showing up 5-10 minutes before our start time is an excellent way to maximize on relationship building opportunities. This also helps us start on time, lock in for 40 minutes, and end on time. You’re collaborating with an exceptional cohort of leaders who can be a great resource to you as you continue to accelerate your professional and personal development!
